What you buy: "Make your AI character go viral · The full course by Mr. Nobody", a 14-page PDF in English, for personal use. It describes methods and tools; it does not promise any number of views, followers or income.

Price: €19, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment in full by card (or another method offered by Stripe) when you order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Delivery: immediately after payment, on the confirmation page, as a download link valid for 30 days. Your receipt is sent by e-mail. If you lose the link, write to us with your receipt and we send it again.

Right of withdrawal: the course is digital content supplied without a physical medium. When you order, you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28, 13°). If the file cannot be downloaded or does not match this description, we fix it or refund you.

Licence: the course is for your own use. Sharing, reselling or publishing the file, in whole or in part, is not allowed.

Legal guarantee: you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content provided by the French Consumer Code.

Disputes: contact us first, we answer within one week. You may then use the consumer mediator free of charge: [mediator name and contact, to be completed]. French law applies, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.

Your data for a purchase: Stripe processes your payment. We keep your name, e-mail, country, the amount and the date of your order to deliver the course, answer you and meet our accounting obligations (10 years).

Privacy

What we collect: only what you type in a form: your e-mail address, what you signed up for (the free guide, the full course or the costume kits), the language of the page, the date, and the consent text you accepted.

Why: to give you the free guide and, because you agreed to it, to e-mail you news about the full course and the Mr. Nobody kits. Nothing else. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR, article 6(1)(a)). Your e-mail is never sold, rented or shared.

Where it is stored: in Netlify's storage, which hosts this site. Netlify is a processor based in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long: until you unsubscribe, and deleted at the latest 3 years after our last contact.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and withdrawing your consent at any time. Write to callmenobodyy@proton.me, we answer within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies: this site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. Links to other sites (TikTok, Higgsfield) follow those sites' own policies once you leave.
